Several times Developers don't start project even after one year from the date of launch of project. Such project are likely to get delayed in final delivery. Track and discuss such projects and plan your actions for developers to speed up work. Also track such projects regularly for project updates.. - 0 Topics

Delayed by More than 2 years from Original Completion Date
A delay of over 2 years on a project means a loss of minimum 4 laks rupees to investor in terms of rental loss/blocking of capital. Such delays are clearly unacceptable as it indicates poor planning by developer. Come together and discuss ways and means to recover your lossess - 0 Topics
