Having witnessed an unprecedented growth rate, there is one city which has a success story that talks about a complete transformation from once a sleepy town into a hi-tech destination with skyscrapers.
Situated on Delhi border, in the National Capital Region, the satellite town of Gurgaon is now a prosperous city providing a quality life and varied opportunities of work to its people. Home to multinationals such as GE, Microsoft, Sapient, IBM Daksh, Oracle, American Express, among a host of others, the city has a lot to offer.
With the opening of multilane highways offering smooth
connectivity between Gurgaon city and Delhi, commuting to and fro is a comfortable and enjoyable task. With the
extension of Delhi Metro to Gurgaon and an eight lane
toll expressway between the two cities in pipeline,
situation is expected to improve dramatically and travel
would be cakewalk for all. With a promising future
ahead and an amazing head start that it has achieved,
this booming city has totally changed the nature of the
landscape.
NH-8, DLF city phase V, Sohna Road, Sector 3, 37C, 37D,  42, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51,  53, 54, 57, 61, 65, 69, 70, 72, 78, 82, 86, 91, 92, 89, and 95  are the different localities of Gurgaon which are developed /developing very rapidly. Total 21,150 flats are supposed to be ready in Gurgaon in coming 2-3 years.  DLF City phase V is
developing at very fast pace, 5 new projects are ongoing
here and around 2100 flats will be ready in 2-3 years. Prices
vary from Rs.5000-7500/sq. ft. Properties in sector 42 are
ranging from 10000-12000/sq. ft. due to Golf Course
locality. Prices near NH-8 are varying form 2250-13,500.
