Haryana Urban Development Authority invites application for allotment of freehold residential plots in various Urban Estates/Mandi Township in Haryana.

HUDA is allotting 3912 residential plots in 16 different Urban Estates/Mandi Townships in Haryana. This scheme booking is closing on January 5, 2010.  The hottest place in this scheme is Faridabad Where plots are being allotted in 5 sectors ranging from Rs.5580 to 10763/sq. meters. The expected premium these plots in Faridabad is from 20% to 70%.

Kurukshetra is other hot place where plots will be allotted in 5 different sectors. HUDA prices for these plots are ranging from Rs.2610-3960/sq. meter. The premium is expected to be from 20-60%.

Sonipat, where plots will be allotted only in one sector, Sector-23. HUDA rates are Rs.4860-5940/sq. meter and expectation for premium will be 20-40%.
