Sector Zeta-Surajpur Site-C are good options. Located near proposed metro line and 130 meter road connecting Noida on one side and Yamuna Expressway on other. Amrapali, Assotech, Purvanchal and Designarch are developing Group Housing projects here. Apartments ranging from Rs.2200-2350/sq. ft.
Sector Rho-Sigma are located near industrial area UPSIDC  Site-IV, Ecotech-I and will cater the residential demand of Industries. Singapore Residency by Samiah builder and Satileela SAS projects are being developed here at the rate of    Rs.2400-2600/sq. ft..
