AUCTION CUM TANDER SALE OF PROPERTIES

Sealed tenders are invited by the undersigned for sale of the following immovable properties on “as is where is” basis which has been forfeited to the Central Government free from all encumbrances under the provisions of SAFEM (FOP) Act, 1976 of under NDPS Act, 1985. The details of properties, conditions of the tender and prescribed quotation from may be obtained between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. on any working day from the Superintendent (Admn.) at the office mentioned above. These properties will also be put on public auction at the date and venue mentioned below. Each property would be sold to the highest bidder among the bids received through tender and public auction, provided the highest bid is equal to or more than the Reserve Price. The offer through sealed tenders should reach the undersigned in Mumbai Office on or before 19.3.2010 either by tender box delivery or registered post, The tender will be opened on the day of the public auction in the presence of the undersigned and the tenderers at the venue given below.
