   M2K FRAUDESTERS ! ! ! !
   I booked one shop in the M2K’s Corporate Park Shopping Plaza, Sec 51, Gurgaon in March 2008 paying lacs of Rs. I was assured that the work on the project shall start within 2 – 3 months. Now after 3 yrs the project site is as bare n barren as it was at the time of booking. There has been absolutely no communication from M2K side all these years. Whenever I contacted the co office at Barakhamba Rd., their standard stereo type reply is – ‘ donot worry. the work shall start this month’. But that month never came. When requested to refund money,they say that their co has no such policy to refund money !!!! I booked this shop ( ????? ) thinking M2K to be a reputed builder with a chain of projects. But they turned out to be the biggest thieves,dacoits and fraudesters. I am sure that they hv diverted the money collected by them against Corporate Plaza to their other ongoing projects. There must be many others who must hv booked space in this project and now suffering at the hands of this Cheater Group. I invite all of them,thru this column, to pls unite against M2K and write to me at sahilsagar22@rediffmail.com. We shall take collective action and can even move courts and obtain stay order against M2K’s other projects till the work on Corporate Park starts. Sahil
