20 illegal properties razed

New Delhi: Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) demolished illegal portions of 20 properties in south and Najafgarh zone on Thursday.Properties in Vasant Vihar,Sainik Farm,Khanpur,Mahipalpur extn and Mahavir Enclave faced demolition.
Unscrupulous builders deceive innocent buyers by concealing the actual status of building.People get enticed by cheaper options buy illegal property, said an MCD officer.
People construct illegal portions thinking they will be relieved.Our zonal officials are conducting a survey where illegally constructed portions are being highlighted. All illegal portions will face demolition, said Jagdish Mamgain,works committee chairman.  Source>>>
