Noida: The City will soon have the tallest building of north India as the real-estate major Supertech on Sunday performed the ground-breaking ceremony for its 300 metre tall mixed-use tower project in Sector 94.
“The project Supernova is spreas across 5 million sqft. It will have five towers. The tallest tower, spira, will have 80 floors and 300 meter heights,” RK Arora, managing director of Supertech, said after the ground breaking ceremony.
The tower will have luxurious residences, two five star hotels, Spira suites, restaurant and bars. This will provide a bird’s eye view of the surrounding waterways of the Yamuna, Arora said.
“The building will also have a helipad, an observatorsdeck, an exclusive club house, and automatic elevators. It will give a panoramic view of the Okhla Birds Sanctuary located across the road,” he said.
The developer said it has already got clearance from the Airports Authority of India, the fire development and the Noida authority.
Last Year, Supertech launched a 255 metre tall and 60 floor residential tower North Eye in sector 74. Several other high rise building have been planned in the city.
The Noida authority will have its new office in a 42 storey building on a 17000 sqm plot in sector 44. The authority in 2007 approved a 32 floor and 104 metre tall residential tower , which is being build by Assotech Group in Sector 44. Design Arch in Sector Zeta launched Greater Noida’s tallest residential building with 24 Floors in 2008.
