Steer clear of Rajesh Goenka of AXIOM ESATATES. He is one of the many real estate scammers. He has taken millions of dollars from NRI investores for land and property across the length and breadth of India and has now stopped communicating with them. He and his team of crooks do not reply to any form of communication. Most of this money was taken in the UK, USA and Middle East and he has dissolved the company in UK and is now operating from India. He is a world class crook and should be stopped in his tracks. With the stolen millions in his pocket and influential Steel iconic relatives he thinks he can get away with it, but I am sure it wont be for long. He will have to suffer. A decade or so ago he ran away from Russia to settle in UK where he establised Axiom Estates and now he has apparently closed businness in UK and has run back to India. He can keep on running but he forgets that he is a mouse and the cat is after him – will get him one day or another.

India has every right to dream big. Astonishment will appear, if India could precisely execute mega project of such kind on ground in a time bound manner. So, it holds immense curiosity to see how she can manage to acquire massive area of land to build these planned green field cities at a time when a majority of infrastructural and industrial projects are being either stalled or scrapped by difficulties in acquiring adequate amount of land because of impractical and unacceptable Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act that flames agrarian temper to object at its fullest. Left political parties too have always capitalized on igniting, magnifying, sensationalizing and politicizing such sentiment for their sole political gain. Environmentalist and human right activists have never missed any opportunities of opposing projects of such scale. In addition, scarcity in availability of cheap capital because of continual hike in interest rate to fight inflationary pressure by RBI couple with stagnation in global economy will definitely skyrocket the project cost tremendously after all. Arousal of such problematic and non-business friendly environment will make such mega project pretty hard to see any ray of light. History is there to reveal the authenticity of my acclamation. Therefore, I am afraid that such publicity stunt project may remain only blueprint in drawing room as happened frequently in India.
